    Weißburgunder

The Weißburgunder (Pinot blanc) ia a high-quality, powerful wine with a high level of acidity. It is slightly flowery and distinguished by its noble flavour. The young wine's bouquet is impressive but reaches its outstanding quality when fully matured (after 1 to 3 years).

Recommendation: Cellar master Gerhard considers the Weißburgunder a "wine for social gatherings" as it is enjoyed by all - those who like dry and those who prefer suave and pleasant wines.

Harvest 2004: alcohol content 12,0% ;dry ; 5 grams of unfermented sugar; acidity content: 6,2 grams per litre
Price: 5,00€
